What is the check-in time and check out time?

Check in time: 15PM / Check out time: 10AM / Curfew: 23PM

Is it possible to store the luggage before the check in and after the check out?

Yes, we have a cloak room and non-refundable coin lockers.

Can I stay in your hostel even I don’t have a membership card?

Yes, you can. Our price is the same as for the members.

Can I stay alone?

Yes, you can. We have many individual travelers.

Do you accept groups?

Yes, we do accept groups. Maximum capacity is 170 people.

How long earlier do you accept reservations?

We accept from 3 months beforehand for individuals.

How about the cancelation policy?

We try not to charge the cancelation fee, thus please make reservations when you absolutely sure about the date to stay.

Can I pay by credit cards?

Yes, credit cards are accepted for the room and the meal charge.
We accept the following credit cards:
Master, Diners, AMEX, JCB, VISA, UC and SAIZON

Do you have a parking lot?

Yes, and it’s available for 26 cars.

Can I use the internet?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi in the lobby area.

Is there any public bath in the facility?

Yes, there is a spacious shared bath for men and women.

Do you have shower rooms?

Yes, we do have private shower rooms.

Do you prepare hair and body care products I can use?

Yes, we prepare eco-friendly hair and body care products in the bath and the shower rooms.

Are towels and yukata prepared in the room that I can use for free?

Towels and yukata are available for rent at the front desk.

Can I visit your facility just for taking a bath or a shower?

We do not offer day use for the bath or the shower.

Can I have the dinner or the breakfast even I don’t stay in your hostel?

Sorry, our meals are only for the customers staying in our hostel.

Can I cook by myself?

Yes, you can fix your meal in our self-kitchen.

Can I bring alcohol?

There is no problem as long as you drink in the dining room not your room.

Is there any smoking area?

Yes, there is a smoking space in the backyard on the first floor.

Is it allowed to bring my pet?

Sorry, pets are not allowed. Please ask us if you bring care dogs.

Wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Yes. We can keep your luggage for 1-2 days.
Please write down the arriving date on the way bill with your name.

Do you have door-to-door delivery service?

Yes. Please ask at the front desk.
Also there is luggage delivery service to Kyoto station or hotels in the city on the same day.
