Issue with Discrepancies in Room Descriptions and Photos on Agoda and Partner Websites

We are currently experiencing a discrepancy between the room descriptions and photos on Agoda and its affiliated booking sites. The settings on our end are correct, and we believe this issue is caused by a technical problem on the booking site. We have urgently requested the replacement and removal of the incorrect photos.
Examples of the issues:
Room type “Japanese-style room” (和室): The room is mistakenly displayed as a “Twin” room, with photos of a twin room and unit bath/toilet. The twin room is normally priced at ¥8,380, but the price shown is the Japanese-style room rate of ¥17,250. After the first photo, there are pictures of a tatami room.
Room type “6-person room”: Incorrect photos of a twin room and unit bath/toilet are shown. The correct description mentions “3 bunk beds,” but the photos do not match.
Please note that except for the twin rooms, the bath and toilet facilities are shared, with separate large public baths and shower rooms for men and women.
Due to these discrepancies, there are some dates on which we have temporarily stopped selling the affected rooms. However, some issues have not yet been fully corrected. Before making a reservation, we kindly ask that you double-check that the “room type”, “details”, “price”, and “photos” match your expectations.
